The ITEA-DS (Intelligent Tools for Emergency
Applications & Decision Support) project will study, develop
and implement, at functional prototype level, a platform of
interoperable & tightly integrated tools for Data Acquisition,
Situation Assessment (including Risk Analysis), Decision Support
and Procedures Management and Reporting.

This report is the deliverable D2.2 of the ITEA-DS project.
It represents a report on the general requirements and state
of the art for the Decision Support Systems (DSS) defined
